CT Drainage Pros was excellent from start to finish. They were prompt, provided great communication and customer service throughout the entire process. Our project was fairly complex, but AJ, the owner, personally came out to review the scope both before and after the work was completed. He provided detailed photos of the excavation, assisted with navigating utility line concerns, and ensured everything was finished properly—including grading and lawn restoration. I would highly recommend CT Drainage Pros to anyone !
Could not have asked for a better crew to hire. Was in need of an emergency sewer line installation. Aj came out on a Sunday to take a look at the job, gave me what I would call a more than fair estimate, and had me on the schedule for that Tuesday. AJ was great. He was timely, thorough, explained the process, and showed respect for our property. Highly recommend.
Our yard was saturated every spring since we moved in to our house. Several contractors quoted it, many had a basic idea of a drywell or low experience. Drianage pros removed the water from the property to the street. AJ is such a knowledgeable guy. Very nice. Easy to deal with. Very professional, great crew and the recommendation was above any other companies. They are the PROS!!!
I would highly recommend this company for exterior and interior drainage issues. I had the exterior drainage done and the basement now has a proper drainage system with a sub pump. The work was done meticulously and professionally. For the amount of work that was done the price was extremely reasonable.
