I needed the sewer line replaced at my home in Bloomfield. AJ and his team were prompt, courteous, respectful and extremely professional. AJ returned all my texts and phone calls in a timely manner. He was clear and explained in detail all the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend him and his company. Top notch!
We had a significant problem with water running down a side hill onto our driveway. AJ put in a drain that got most of the water but there was still a significant problem and he was very dedicated to fixing the problem and installed a second drain at cost to take care of the residual. Very responsive and reliable.
I very seldom write reviews for products and services, but on occasion the urge is irresistible. CT Drainage Pros deserves high praise. A representative came quickly to assess my drainage problem involving my garage doors. He was clear and to the point. He answered all of my questions, offered to connect a downspout to the new drain, and pointed out there was just enough elevation to connect the new drain to the old pre-existing one. AJ and his team did an outstanding job with our project! We had significant flooding for years in our back yard, AJ and his team installed 2 drains, hooked it up to the storm drain and it was a tremendous improvement, it’s great to have a functional back yard instead of a pond! They completed the project in 2 days. Great communication, timely work, and follow up. Highly recommend.
Our hundred year old water service line sprung a leak in our front yard on a very cold January day. We had to have the water shut off until it was fixed. AJ responded quickly to our call. We got several quotes for the job and his was best. We gave him the go ahead at 1:30 and by 4:00 we had water! The team was very professional, and we will absolutely use them again for plumbing needs.
