I would give them 7 stars if I could. The carpet cleaning tech was on time, polite, and very careful with my home. Richard did an excellent and detailed job deep cleaning my carpets, recliner, and couch, with extra attention to pet odor and stain treatment. The whole service felt professional from start to finish, and the upholstery and carpet looked fresh, clean, and well cared for afterward. The odor still has not come back, which really impressed me.
