I had a wonderful experience with C&T Carpet Cleaning. Richard and his team cleaned all the vents in my condo and even added a botanical-based mold and mildew shield as a bonus feature. After a decade without a thorough deep clean, I was thinking about replacing the carpets. Caleb came to the rescue, and while I didn't expect the carpets to look brand new, he dedicated extra time and effort on those tough spots, making them look as close to new as possible. On the morning of my appointment, I received a call to confirm the time. They also called to let me know they were running a bit behind, which was considerate and saved me from waiting around. When they arrived, they were friendly and worked efficiently.
