This company engages in predatory towing in Hartford. They tow cars that pay via the LAZ app (and claim they paid for the wrong lot despite signs indicating the same lot that was paid for in the app). The man towing cars and answering the phone is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He insisted on only the registered owner entering the office to pay, meaning a female alone without her friend (which is unsafe given this occurred late at night).
