I brought my vehicle to this business upon recommendation from my son and was thoroughly pleased with the service and attention I received. My vehicle was brought in for a service that AAA said I needed and to my surprise it was diagnosed with a different issue was even cheaper. Casey is very professional and very thorough with everything. My vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest mechanic. I will return for all my fiture auto needs.

This LLC is a crook. Their towing practices are unethical and have been reported to west Hartford PD.
Owners are all money driven. Do not buy anything from this company. Despite covid, they do not care about Hartford businesses surviving. They tow customer cars and are rude! Do not patronize this business in any way as they just want your money and do not care about the customer!
*PREDATORY TOWING* Car was towed from the LAZ Parking Capital Lot fewer than ten minutes after I parked to drop something off for a photo shoot in Bushnell Park. (I tripped coming off the curb and broke my ankle about ten paces from the parking space-\-\ as far as I can tell, the tow truck driver *had to have seen this happen.*) I limped into the park, made the dropoff, came back, car was gone. RecommendedBought our 2009 Chevy 2500 Duramax from Slava, he was great to work with, no pressure sale, and the tech that went on a test ride with us was very polite and knowledgeable. Fair negotiation, and the truck was gone through prior to our arrival for pick up. Easy transaction and great customer service. Would recommend doing business with this shop!

Inappropriate and predatory behavior by their employees. The worker last night puts their company to shame. You can't treat people the way they do and still be employed. Such a shame that this company employs people like this. Would never recommend this place to anyone especially females!!
