The issues just keep on coming with this management company….i live at Ardenwood Apartments in north haven, CT and the property manager, Natacha, and I can agree on 4 things: 1. I have had valid and active renters insurance on file from Progressive/Homesite since September 2025. The policy is paid in full for the whole year. 2. These people don't care about any of the properties they own. Once they get people to rent any of their apartments all they care for is the rent being paid and forget about any repairs request you need done in your unit. This is for most of the locations in Connecticut. Parc West, Enclave apartments, and 745 - 755 Farmington Ave in West Hartford, CT..... Horrible management. They are out of Lakewood, NJ an acquisition real estate..... Very on responsive and no loyalty to their tenants. Don't rent from these people they have ... read more
