Rob at CSRA Plumbing went above and beyond for my husband Anthony and I. We were in a tight jam in which we needed piping from our gas meter to our tankless hot water heater and without hesitation and on very short notice, Rob was there to help! Rob at CSRA plumbing was such a great help to me in my time of need, I had a clogged drainage pipe and Rob was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule and came out right on time that he said he would. He was super professional and understanding. Great company that supports their local veterans.
Called Monday afternoon to report a broken pipe. Had to leave message. Did not get a call back. Called several times Monday evening. As of 2:00 on Tuesday no return call. If they couldn't or wouldn't do the job, a simple call would have at least signaled we needed to call someone else. We stuck with them because of the 5 star reviews. Now I wonder if the reviews are from friends and relatives.
