Not only did CSR block half of my garage with the dumpster for weeks, when the work was finished they left 5 weighted cones at the side of my house. I guess I was the storage facility because they were there for 2 weeks until I called today. A guy came out who might be the boss? (Pete?) and threw them in his truck. I asked why this happened. I have worked with CSR for over 20 years. The company as a who is family owned and operated. I appreciate their reports and photos that provided, along with the proposal for the repairs. If I need more information The owner will even meet on site to explain everything thoroughly. They even show up to Board Meetings to explain the project thoroughly to the homeowners.
Excellent roofing company—professional, honest, and reliable. Their preventative maintenance program is one of the best I’ve seen and gives real peace of mind. Highly recommend!
