I would give CSNA 0 stars if Google let me. I had my initial appointment on 23 Oct 25. I waited almost 3.5 months to see Dr. Brinley, but I was told she was amazing and they had all the services (therapies) I needed in-house. When I got to the appointment, they handed me new patient paperwork to fill out. I made notes on the appointment in my Google Calendar stating the scheduler said I could do everything through MyChart/the Common Spirit App and I didn't need to come in early to fill out paperwork. Very frustrating and inconsiderate office.
DO NOT USE THIS NEUROLOGIST’S OFFICE IF YOU ARE DISABLED I’ve been going to this neurologist for years, and have been SO happy with Deanna Johnson, the PA that I see. This review would have 5 stars if it was just her and the nurses that I see. She is the only reason that this is not a one star review. I am disabled, and as such I need my physicians to fill out paperwork for me from time to time.
