Fantastic service. The quote was fast and accurate, booking in was quick. They even have a rental car option on site. They stuck to the quote and updated me to ask about any extras that came up. They finished on time and returned the vehicle in a sparkling condition. I didn't expect it to be detailed, but it was most appreciated! They even provided a new sticker for the side as one had to be removed for repainting. That was above and beyond! Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend them.
We were completely satisfied with the service at CSN Owen Sound, right from the Annika walk us through what the process would be. Then Bing was great, he went over our vechile with a fine tooth comb and explained what parts were needed and the timeline. Annika kept us informed thru the whole process and on the dates that were set. Our car looked brand new when we wnnt to pick it up cleaned both outside and in. We would highly recommend CSN Owen Sound.

Let me start by saying WOW! Intact Service Centre - CSN Owen Sound (VR) has done it again. They never cease to amaze me.
