The staff were professional and kind, very good customer service. My vehicle was done and ready as promised. The service provider organized and drove me to a nearby dealer to pick up a replacement vehicle. Wpuld recommend the automotive body to anyone looking for quality service.
Like it never happened. That's how you describe a repair well done. Here, it doesn't scratch the surface (pun intended). I never give 5 stars, but in my 51 years of driving, I've never met a group as professional, efficient or courteous as these folks. Highly recommended.
Needed to take my car to the body shop after someone hit it and caused quite a bit of damage. Daniel communicated with me and always apologized if he felt he didn’t communicate enough. Process of repairing my car, was amazing - the approximate time they gave to finish the car was on time. My car looks absolutely new. If my car ever needs another repair, i’d bring it back - no question. Everyone was great!
We haded our car fixed at there shop and it was horrible the front bumper of the car is still off and when ever we take it to them they say that they will give us an appointment and fix it for us which the didn’t do i don’t recommend to fix your car at there shop.
I spoke with Rod on 2 separate occasions for 2 different collisions. For the first one, Rod was able to take quick look at the damage and generate a quick quote. For the second one, Rod was patient to answer all my questions. He was honest about wait times, costs, and numbers. This was a huge help when making decisions in a short period of time.
