Had to downgrade this from the 5 stars i initially gave it. The staff has changed. I brought my car in and they looked at it and told me they'd give me an estimate. They didnt. I even called them a week and a half later to get the estimate and they didn't even bother to call me back. Too many car repair places in this area to deal with this kind of BS. I won't ever use them again
CSN CB's Auto Tech is a very good body shop I highly recommend. They do excellent jobs. Their service is impeccable. Two persons I have contacted during the repair of my vehicle, Marshall Patterson and Sophie Liu are very friendly to customers. This is a body shop go-to.
Very efficient and easy to do business with. Did a good job fixing up my car.
Not too good. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the actual autobody work they did was good and looks nice. The poor review is for dealing with the office there. I initially brought my car in and they assessed it and said they were ordering parts and would call me when they arrived. After a few weeks I called back and they had completely forgotten to order parts. This was a magnificent service. Marshall was clearly knowledgeable, fair in the assessment and quick to respond and get the service going. Highly recommend!
