Good service overall. Communication was solid and it took the planned amount of time. Wax job at the end was the worst I've ever seen.
GUS STAVROPOULOS does not know how to speak to customers, absolutely terrible customer service and a person that speaks like this should not be in a position of management. Believe the other bad reviews that mention GUS. Stay away from this place just because of this guy. It’s a shame because the other people I met here were very nice.
Terrible body work alignment with all parts replaced. Eye can surely tell car was in accident. MMI touch pad now has issues after all work has been completed. Painting looks very good from outside, I will check if welding was sealed or painted.
