Kim and I couldn't be happier. CSM installed our original heating/cooling system, and after 18 years with our faithful system (after 16 years, things were starting to wear out), we decided it was time to update our TRANE system. Seth was our salesperson. He came to our house and was friendly and knowledgable. We called late in the afternoon. The next day they were out. They arrived within the time stated. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly.
Easy to reach via phone, on time for estimate, quick install timeframe, presented options in an easy to understand way. All employees were respectful, kind and knew what they were doing. Great experience!
