Highly recommend, great customer service. They even called prior to the appointment to trouble shoot issues before spending money on unnecessary repairs. Turns out we did need to replace a part on the dryer but they were quick, efficient, and low cost.
If yall have appliance issues 100 starts! I recommend! My washer was acting up they came out ASAP found it was a simple fix. They ordered the part and when it came in they came out to put it on. They responded faster than my warranty and was super honest seeing how I didn’t spend much to get it all fixed💪🏽 I’m so excited to have a washer again! Because let me tell you I spent over 40 at a laundromat on Saturday for 3 loads. And I went with my quarter jar thinking that was gonna do something 🤣

My washer was banging around like crazy. Called in with model number and brand, talked to a gentleman that advised for that model and my description ofwhat may be wrong, he advised the supports have gone out and need to be replaced . He called back to inform me the replacement parts are very expensive. We ordered them and set up appointment on my only weekday off, Friday.
