My washer was banging around like crazy. Called in with model number and brand, talked to a gentleman that advised for that model and my description ofwhat may be wrong, he advised the supports have gone out and need to be replaced . He called back to inform me the replacement parts are very expensive. We ordered them and set up appointment on my only weekday off, Friday. I give my highest recommendation to CSM Electronics. Our dishwasher quit working after just over two years and Willie, the owner, worked with us to save money on the repair. It cost us far less than having LG out to do the work. Justin and Aiden were our technicians. They were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. CSM will always be our first and foremost call in dealing with any future electronic issues.

I was very happy with the work done by CSM. Willie let me know when the technician would be coming to check out my DW and my dryer. Adrian and Justin came, calling when they were on their way and arriving as scheduled. They diagnosed the problems and fixed what they could, and ordered parts that were needed. I will be sure to use CSM for future appliance repair needs.
