Excellent Customer Service. Fast and friendly service. American Home Shield call for Washer and Cooktop.
Can’t say enough about CSM! We had been assigned a different provider through American Home Shield. After they cancelled the day of service twice, CSM was assigned! They were as accommodating as possible with the service time (I had already taken two days off work for the other company) and were here when they said they would be! The technicians were extremely polite, made sure everything was functioning properly, and had us taken care of quickly!
They have performed service calls for both our washer and dryer. Both times I found them to be honest, prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced.
Was able to come out diagnose the issue w/ my washer machine and fix in a few short day. The workers were polite and made had my machine up and running properly in no time
Our washer quit working and AHS referred CSM to fix the issue. I received a call the same day and they came out and fixed our washer the next day! Everything was smooth, easy and our washer is now working. Great service!!!
