The most useless rental company ever. They do nothing and never answer their phones. Impossible to get any info from.
Extremely unprofessional company. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do, they’re either rude or will hang up on you. Strongly advise to steer clear of this place.
Never had such terrible service through all steps! The reception has no idea what they are doing when transferring calls and giving improper information and not providing any assistance! Beware and find services elsewhere!!!
Employees of csm destroyed my life and nothing was ever done..csm at some point when are you going to get it together..stop treating tenants like animals..I may not have got justice bit somebody will one day so why not change it around in that company I pray for the best even after e erupting that's happen
