This company is a terrible. They do not value their donors whatsoever. They offer a program called (IGiveRewards) Which means after 90 consecutive donations in one year you are supposed to be eligible for a Platinum Donor Membership and a special Red Debit Card that does not include fees apon everyday transactions. Except they never actually let you achieve this as the company stalls your progress after 80 donations. I would give 5 stars but the staff here are alot more disrespectful than other csl locations I've been to but CSL in general is way better than all other plasma donation centers. I just wish this locations staff could be trained more on customer service cuz it seems like most of them bring their problems to work and us customers feel it from beginning to end. Not all. Don't care who doesn't like it but im putting this here because I will no longer be donating here got a electric scooter because this buses are dreadful out here and the CSL is definitely not in the best area and it's a scooter very difficult to chain up a scooter so since I can't bring it in and I won't be busing anymore especially to donate I won't be donating here anymore very foolish move in my opinion and it is what it is
