CSL PLASMA IN JACKSON MISSISSIPPI 10/30/25 1. Checked in 9am 2. Watched a video 3. Went to the kiosk to answer all the questions, and it didn’t work bc I skipped a step, which was seeing the screening nurse, bc they didn’t inform me 4. Seen the screening nurse (the SAME one that told me I couldn’t give bc I had surgery!) and she asked questions and gave me the card for my money to be loaded onto. 5. Well purposely take phone off the hook just to keep from answering phone. Have watched staff let phone ring out and than take it off hook. That’s not cool at all.
Artecia Luckett was my screener for today and she is always so sweet and respectful every time we interact. I love how fast she makes the process,would definitely recommend her to be your screener !!!
The people at this location are very friendly, kind, and careful. That being said as of lately the waiting times have been atrocious, 4 people in line in front of your easily leads to 2-3 hours for some reason. Very often they only have one person sticking and 1 person taking vitals which causes the line to build even if they bays aren’t even half full. This didn’t used to be the case for this location and I hope something changes soon because coming at a time where it’s borderline empty should never result in a 2+ hour wait... read more
