Ignored. Show up last week and have to see medical and lost so many spots in line then show up today and have to see medical again cause they can’t operate a computer and lost more spots in line and they didn’t even call me after the medical staff had no one in their office. WTactualF

If you grew up abused, it's basically like that. People who know you rely on them for support but their moods could change depending on how their day goes. You try to act good so you don't aggravate them. Even when they're being nice you're still scared to piss them off. So if you grew up in an abusive household you'll know exactly what to do. If you didn't, you'll be confused and get in trouble.
Every visit is a pleasant visit and all staff are always professional when providing donor services.
