Would be 3 stars but any assistance needed over the phone is very very poor. Not everyone has the ability to come to the location for information.

No sense of urgency. Bad, if you don't like it you can leave attitudes. Employees yelling at each other in the back loud enough for us to hear in the front. Half of the beds are always empty with 20 people waiting to be seated. Plus 10 more waiting for vitals. 3hrs per visit is twice as long as anywhere else in the industry. Worse than Vegas, Miami and LA locations combined. Everytime I visit again, it reminds me of why I stopped going before.
