Workers are slow!!! 13 open beds and 5 workers on the floor. Talking more then working!!! Sad.
They just lowered the donor fees and now they're calibrating random scales to weigh under so that donors get paid less. Smh

Would be 3 stars but any assistance needed over the phone is very very poor. Not everyone has the ability to come to the location for information.
