No sense of urgency. Bad, if you don't like it you can leave attitudes. Employees yelling at each other in the back loud enough for us to hear in the front. Half of the beds are always empty with 20 people waiting to be seated. Plus 10 more waiting for vitals. 3hrs per visit is twice as long as anywhere else in the industry. This place has become and unprofessional joke! I used to go there all the time 2 years ago and now im trying to come back I came yesterday they said i have to be there by 5 to be a new donor so today i get there before 5 and they say they stopped new new donors earlier today smfh make up ur mind thts so unprofessional and then when I complained the staff member got a smart ass attitude with me im sorry but its ur JOB to hear me complain about your place of employment being unprofessional!
