It's staff n place is good
1st timer and get here at 7 they open door at 703am no biggie..Come to the desk to wait then get told its gonna be minute ..Sat here til 8am still not being seen..You would think they would have a person for newbies also the bathroom floor is filthy dirty and staff is rude
Gabe is a skilled senior tech who is absolutely excellent. If he wasn't here I wouldn't donate anymore. These new machines can create an uncomfortable vibration inside of the needle. When I attempted to explain this to a different male phleb he was rude and condescending. Gabe is the only phlebotomist that has successfully poked me without that fluttering feeling happening. Shout out to Stacey, Hannah, Lala Taniyah and Shayna. They are always pleasant and I enjoy interacting with them.
