Been sitting here at the front desk for almost an HR & no1 came to the front desk. Had to come back to edit my review. The customer service was amazing once they noticed I was there! Every1 was nice & seem concerned about my well-being as a new donar. I was in & out in a lil under 3hrs! Including the donation. I heard bad things about CSL in Michigan so I'm glad Toledo is the exception!
I highly encourage donation as an act of brotherly love, charity, and saving human lives.
This has turned into a 4-5 hr process now. Get here at 9am I'm not leaving until almost 1-115 pm.
I would give a zero if i could!! The lady in the front was just extremely rude and sent my daughters father away for simply sitting down faster than she wanted him too! she starts yelling at him like he's a child saying he needs things explained( hes southern he a proper yes maam and no maam kinda person) hes been donating for years and so he made a joke saying “oh no not the long process again”. They have 2 people working on a Saturday. Been in line waiting to donate for 1.5 hours and there’s still 11 people ahead of me
