Gabe is a skilled senior tech here who is absolutely excellent. If he wasn't here I wouldn't donate anymore. These new machines can create an uncomfortable vibration inside of the needle. When I attempted to explain this to a different male phleb he was rude and condescending. Gabe is the only phlebotomist that has successfully poked me without that fluttering feeling happening. Understaffed with excessive wait times
Usually okay, but the woman enjoyed deferring me yesterday for a week. Its why I dread seeing her. The people in back are pros, I never bruise and no fake niceness like in front. The woman yesterday is rude and phony. Im done donating anyway

Always a pleasant experience at this location. Im always amazed how fast Gabriel is at his job. I mean I watched this guy come back from lunch at 11:35 and by 11:45 he fully setup 3 machines AND had me and two other patients happily hooked up and pumping/donating already. The man is a dying breed so I hope he gets recognized for being such an extraordinary worker. At least buy the man a brand new car
