I had a great experience at this CSL Plasma location. I first want to recognize Diana for providing such an exceptional experience. She was incredibly kind, warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to during my screening. Donating plasma can sometimes make me anxious, and having someone with such a calm, positive attitude genuinely helped keep my heart rate down. Yeah they had 3 people playing in my arm... then tried to get me to get sticked again to finish donating. Definitely feel like they are not trained enough at this location. This is the 2nd time this has happened but it looks worse this time

I was treated extremely well by this young lady Hannah an it really made my day at CSL Lancaster Tx location on July 7th 2026 keep doing what you do even though it doesn’t seem like your not doing much but you are so here’s a shout out to you.Overall the staff is and was awesome thanks you guys.
