Been coming to cal for about 3 years now and the location on Lancaster road is by far the worst of all locations in the Dallas area.dont come to work if your not in the right state of mind. They stick you based on how they feel and alot of times they stick and it hurts but when I go to other locations I can barely feel the needle go in.
These people don't answer the phone. They ignore it and you have to got there wasting time.

Don’t go here they are rude and unprofessional the last time I came the lady was rude and throwing things around you could tell she didn’t want to be there then she stuck me hard asf and I was in pain the whole time I donated and wen I spoke up they deferred me I will never go here again! And my arm still hurts from her needle stick and it’s been several days unprofessional and don’t care and the new machines take out more plasma yet we still get paid the same and they slow!
