Horrible service to keep you on hold forever and nobody answers go to another plasma place this one's no good

If you wanna donate, do it early in the morning. If you go in the afternoon/evening, you get dumb morons who will screw up the needling process and blame the machines. Morning crew is the best while evening crew has essentially been a gamble Everytime. Photo below is 2nd screw up. Overall this is my 6th/7th screw up on my arm.
