It makes me sad to give 1 star for this facility because one bad apple DANI!!! She is so rude and negative! When i did my finger prick she was so rough my finger was hurting for more the 2days. On July 22nd 2025 I did my vitals blood pressure was high and had to wait 10 mins when I went back to retake them DANI called next donor when I went to hand her my card she snatched it out of my hand! UPDATED REVIEW 07/03/2025 As we can imagine, the experience was absolutely horrible as I’ve given it a 1-star review, which I rarely give out. Here’s why: 1. I had waited for over 45 minutes in my donor chair waiting to be greeted and stuck by a staff employee after waiting an additional 30-45 minutes in line to be seated when there were available, ready chairs. The supervisor Xotchil, was in the donor area and seemed to be micromanaging staff phlebotomists, directing them to baseless and pointless changes, such as instead o... read more
