Awesome staff the intake is a little slow but they move as fast as possible. Once in the chair they get you hooked up quick

Pathetic service. I had to wait 2 hours just to confirm if I am eligible to donate. The employees are very slow paced and does not have any regard for your time. Poor guy before me waited almost 3 hours just to be seen. This is not even getting the procedure going.
