This is now the 4th time ive come and its not a shor drive or cheap on gas for me. NOT ONLY ARE THE DOORS CLOSED EARLY. Also they have changed the hours again without any formal updates and no changes to what's listed on Google. If your going to change times of closing make that change to what's listed on Google etc If I cant donate for extra funds because they can't do their job and simultaneously loose money this is worse than not even trying. I would give this a negative rating if possible
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment I received during my recent visit to your center. Despite the facility being almost empty, I had to wait over four hours just to complete a physical check-in — not even to begin the donation process. During that time, I witnessed staff members chatting among themselves, laughing, and displaying unprofessional behavior. Worst most of the times they make that line move so so darn slow. Could care less. Ridiculous if they know how many people they get here to donate they they should get more to do d.c. or set them up
I would avoid this place if you do not have half a day to waste at minimum. I went through the new donor process today and from start to finish it took 4 1/2 hours. There is no excuse for that. Absolutely nothing should excuse a donor/patient to have to waste 4 1/2 hours of their day. Such a shame.
First time coming here. I used the app to fill out the survey and set an appointment for a first time donor. I get there and one of the staff tells me that they can't do first time donors because there's no one available. When I told them that I set up an appointment, they said they don't do appointments. This is confusing and frustrating and there needs to be better communication between the center and clients.
