Get ready to spend your day here, no matter what. Staff is cool but way to relaxed. No sense of urgency or care for patients.If you have work and try and squeeze in a donation....it ain't happening. Friendly staff tho....

I received two separate emails in two separate days, (one came after I went to donate) with bonuses on top of regular pay out. I only received the first bonus and not the second. When I called customer service the first time, some girl confirmed I was owed money and said she’d be submitting a ticket. When I called back to check on the status, I was given the runaround, then told to call another number because they don’t handle that. Absolutely terrible experience today (10/10/25). I've been donating for over 20 years at various plasma centers and I worked at a CSL years ago in Illinois for reference. Staff called 2 donors ahead of me to be screened that shouldn't have been. There were 3 people ahead of me in the screening line when I got in line to be screened. 5 people got screened before they called my name. Prepare to be skipped if you don't know the people there. Average donation time form my experience is 3 hours. It's even longer for new patients. These people stabbed me through and through on my arm, they told me to come back when the bruising is gone for 110$ reward for their mistake. I followed there "rules" and i went in when the bruising and scabs was gone and they gave me 35$... There was a few times I waited in line so long I had to leave and return the next day, just to wait while others get to skip the line.
