Horrible experience. Undertrained people. Bruised my arm and employee lied about interactions with me. Banned from future donations because they were incompetent and covering for their poor technical skills. Very dangerous practices moving needles in a out when stuck wrong. I had 80 plus donations at other CSL centers without theses issues. Educate yourself on the process. They will lie when they make mistakes....
