Special shoutout to Isabella and Renae! — they were both so kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. You can tell they really care about the donors. I don't like writing bad reviews, especially when I like the employees I interact with, but it is time for this one. Either due to poor management or the lack of people who want to work these jobs, the results are the same. This CSL center has been significantly understaffed for several years now and as a result, you will wait in line from an hour to 2+ hours before you are taken back to the donation floor. I am a regular. Higher ups need to get these employees some help!! Its extremely inconsiderate to make your donors wait in such long lines bc you cant have a proper staff. When the wait times are under an hour and half. I will give more stars. Im tired of waisting my time driving clear across 2 towns just to not be able to donate bc the wait times are horrendous!
