Everyone there is very nice.. I have a lot of favorites but my favorite favorites are Destiny , Malcolm,Nilan,D, and Linda
Long lines, apathetic staff, routinely doesn’t even open on time. As others have said, the time-exhaustive process of standing in multiple unnecessarily long lines and dealing with the indifference makes the whole thing not seem worth it. I have a hard time believing things can’t be better.
I had a great experience at CSL Plasma thanks to a young man named Rodrigo. He checked my vitals and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves. I usually get anxious during the process, but Rodrigo made me feel comfortable and at ease. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference. Thank you, Rodrigo, for your kindness and for making the whole experience much better!
What a great experience, The people are nice, and caring, and I appreciate their bedside manner. Especially Jade. She took care of me fast and I didn’t feel a thing and I’m very scared of needles, lol
