The worst plasma location in San Diego. Wait times were atrocious, and management has no idea how to use floor personnel. Expect to be forgotten 5 times, spoon fed some stupid excuse and false time table.

Impressed@ Ask for Angel as he is great at making you not feel the needle enter your arm. I've given plasma many times and today I had no clue a needle was inserted(I look away when they setup) and next thing you know I'm told to pump! This kid has potential to one day run this site with his positive attitude, attention to detail, and extreme skill and talent in his set-up with the patient.
They purposely delay donors, particularly at screening, where you can tell most of the employees take an extra few minutes in between to do nothing. They just lowered payments again.l, this time mid month, which is kind of gross and definitely not the industry norm. It's unpredictable when they will get busy, but they do not have the appointment system other sites have moved to.
