The experience at this center has been mixed, mostly bad. They have infiltrated both me and my wives' veins multiple times, they require Dr. review which they only have a Dr. on-site very two weeks, the medical staff performing physicals isn't properly trained for the tasks they are completing. The front staff are friendly and professional, and there are two phlebotomists who really know what they are doing and care. Other than this it's been a horrible experience from lack of care, experience, or both.
The reason for such a spectacular review is because of how well one of your phlebotomist sticks in the back - Jacob is a star a true diamond in the rough! He always does amazing when sticking me and is always very professional! Keep it up!
Great experience! Staff are knowledgeable, personable, and work well together. Clean, professional environment with a relaxed atmosphere. Great place to donate! Shout out to Eric 😎
