..... A year later ITS GETTING WORSE I'm here for Update : Last Two times I've been here had to tell the assistants and check in there's blood on the service of things. I'm sure they doing the best they can but This Can Not Happen.

I'm beginning to not like donating because the facility is too cold. My fingers feel numb and frozen.

The staff are very rude. So unprofessional. From the time I walked In from the time I left nothing but drama and chaos. This obviously shows that you guys are just hiring anyone. And whoever the “ senior “ staff was veryyyy rude. Won’t ever come back here.

This place has potential if they hire the right people that cares for people coming in to donate. Jeremy has to be the most warm/nice person to encounter when I was there. He's quick when hooking up the machine & makes you feel comfortable when speaking with him. It's a good experience but some staff are very rude & unprofessional on the floor!

I rarely leave reviews, but after multiple visits to this office, I feel patients deserve to know what to expect. The front office experience was consistently disappointing. Virginia and Nydera were, unfortunately, the least professional staff members I encountered. They were often dismissive, rude, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a patient.
