This place is the absolute worst! I called before I went to donate and was told my son could come with me, I explained it was imperative I be able to donate otherwise I wouldnt have funds to get home, well when I got there the security guard immediately said he had to leave because he's under 18 I went and asked the woman and she said corporate is cracking down on things and I needed to leave I explained to her I wouldn't have a way to get home and showed her where I called. The worse experience ever! The doctor injecting me messed up and gave me a huge bruise on my vein arm, others doctor's saw my pain and discomfort and noticed the needle being wrong!!! Which then they tried to use my other arm after I been donating over 15 mins already. I got up and left and refused! And didn't get paid but left out of there with a golf sized bruise.
A very happy bunch, very loving, very expiring. I really enjoy my experience, especially wit Timothy. He did more things his job position for the moment. For me, for I was going through something and his words. Gave me hope so for that.You deserve more than five stars
I went there to donate plasma and after waiting for over an hour and a half I still hadn't got in for a physical to see if I was even eligible to donate. I walked right out. I figure it would take you about 5-6 hours at thus rate just to actually do the donating part and get out of there. Only go there if you have literally nothing else to do with the rest of your entire day because it's going to take it to get in and out of there.
Not encouraged to go when robotic review responses are provided, like this, "...we are always looking for ways to improve the donor experience at our centers. Thank you for your feedback. We hope to have you back as a plasma donor with us soon.
