A friend of mine went in earlier on in the week to donate thinking it was going to be a smooth sailing day. As you can see in this photo, it wasn’t. The lady who jabbed him (Sophie) was rough as she always is. She shoved the entire needle in his arm, almost damaging his muscle. Causing severe bruising and pain. Even still, the bruise had gotten worse since and the pain is still very much there. I’ve had my own issues with the same employee. She’s caused myself to get a massive bruise on numerous occasions. Really very nice people
At this CSL Plasma location (Schenectady, NY), I rate my overall experience 3 Stars out of 5 Stars for a few important reasons. First, the wait times can sometimes be truly excruciating. Upon my last visit to CSL Plasma, I had luckily timed it out correctly because my wait time from entering the building until sitting in my donation chair was only 15 minutes.
