So far this place has been smooth and rather fast. Friendly service and atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant. Some workers do need to learn how to keep working while having conversations/answering questions as opposed to just stopping what they are doing, turning around and discussing the lunch schedule for 5 mins while you hold a piece of gauze on your arm waiting for it to be taped on to leave. I went in today 4-24-26 etween 4:05 i wish they could look back at the cameras.The lady called Big Angie, didn't even test my iron right, she messed up then said I was low, when I know the mistake she made becuse she side eyed me when she made the mistake. This is not the first time she messed up. Why why she even there if she dosent like people. Im not the only one she does it to.

Good people there....but the later in the day you go , they start to get a tiny bit tired and cranky. But still professional.
I've donated over 200 times. Only had issues a handful of times. All of them involve one employee. Management knows who she is and nothing changes. They told me at least 10 other donors keep having issues with her and even her coworkers don't like her. Yet, nothing happens. This all started over the blood pressure cuffs CSL uses. Blue or more slender type people. And red for ppl with larger arms. I need the red cuff when taking my BP. This employee tried to force me to use the blue and I said it wasn't the right size.
