What's going on with this place? I waited an hour just to get through the vitals. And then even longer to donate. Meanwhile, you got 2 maybe 3 techs handling the whole line. People standing around and joking. Apparently they think it's funny that we had to wait like this. Not funny.
Very comfortable clean place
Se han vuelto muy flojos, solo usan 1 área de 4 que tienen, tiene lleno en espera para donar y en la fila para vitales, les falta un buen manager que los dirija y se pongan a trabajar.

Unsanitary work performed by the techs, and supervisors could care less about aseptic technique. I've been here twice and both times the techs don't change their gloves at all when working the donation floor. I've seen then go from discarding biohazardous material to hooking up a donor to then go do another donor and just repeat the same cycle again and again, all on the same pair of gloves the whole time I'm there.
