Quick and easy process to get set up and start making money. I have 2 complaints, I wish they offered more money and the wait times are sometimes really long at most times you might spend 3 hours just in there. That is way to long.
it's so sad to say that the front lady is a supervisor and she is so sensitive if you say the wrong words she will straight up tell you she doesn't need the attitude and when you explain to her that you weren't trying to give her attitude she won't want to hear it she is completely unprofessional and she deserves to be removed from this location and any other location
This place is a joke. Higher payouts = more people. This place doesn't seem to get that and if they do then they don't care enough about the donor's time to hire more people. So. Freaking. Slow. 2 people in pre-screen for a super long line. How ridiculous. I see people talk and laugh while only 2 people are working the long lines. Even higher ups, they walk around acting busy.
