Unsanitary work performed by the techs, and supervisors could care less about aseptic technique. I've been here twice and both times the techs don't change their gloves at all when working the donation floor. I've seen then go from discarding biohazardous material to hooking up a donor to then go do another donor and just repeat the same cycle again and again, all on the same pair of gloves the whole time I'm there. Was unable to donate today because a zip on my was popped. This place is unbelievable. It's the same nurse very time that denies me to donate. Now I have to see a nurse next time before donating for this zip. It's crazy, but took a pic of to show the next nurse
No one ever changes their gloves! They are touching fluids and just cramming every one in right after the other. All of the walls are stained and dirty. They touch everything with their gloves and then take your blood. Gross
Only good thing about this place is the convenient location. Extra slow, inattentive staff, inexperienced phlebotomists, and consistently long vitals lines. Somehow, even with faster machines, minimum time spent in the building is at the very least. Spare me the generic, copy/paste apology.
