Don't give me the "we are committed to provide a great donor experience..." copy and paste response. The phlebotomist attending the person next to me was very fast and overly clumsy. While disconnecting fluids, I felt a splash of liquid on my neck, arm and my side torso. I immediately called the supervisor to address my concern and question the process and which liquid was sprayed at me. They dont put attention for nothing this location sucks
In typical LRGV Customer Service fashion, a technician by the name of Lara would not provide a tissue to dry a surface top that she left wet. A Trillion Dollar industry, mind you, cannot spare hygienic assistance. I suspect it's a power trip. This particular location is saturated with petty and lying individuals including so-called management, sad.
I'm basically trading my plasma for gas money! THANKS TRUMP.........
