because you dont appreciate human being got this people standing in line like they begging for something waiting hours to give you their plasma I hear some people wait 3 hrs or more. Why cant theses people have a seat so they dont be tired wen they leave I wonder if they know how much that plasma matters to the owners getting well and treating people less than human.
The staff here are very friendly, however I do have some concerns, as a nurse myself i am concerned about the spread of communicable disease here. I just started donating at this location and donating for the 1st time. I was shocked to see that the phlebotomists starting all the donations went through approx 8 customers and did not change her gloves once. She may of been keeping her hands clean, but possible spreading MRSA or VRE to others through contact without proper hand hygiene between customers.

Staff needs to be more focused on their jobs and not personal life, seriously was about to be hooked up and they walked away to go outside with SO, very unprofessional then got a attitude when brought to her attention, she said well you can expect a wait i said yea your right but there was no reason for the wait except your personal life.
