Nice clean building and great staff.
If you're a first time donor, be prepared to be there for a while. The screening process is pretty thorough (as it should be). The donation process itself was pretty quick (about 45 minutes). The staff was great and very friendly. It's also a good feeling knowing I'm doing something good for others. I'm looking forward to going back!

Dislike that new donors get to go back in front of return donors who have been sitting in line for an hour. It should be in order of arrival. Also, I have a friend who weighs less and makes more money per donation, even though it is based off weight. Not fair, by far.
I have been to a few csl plasma donation centers. This one is the nicely by far. The staff just don't act professional, but they truly love their job. The environment is very comforting. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking to help with medicine or just wants a few dollars in their pocket.
Didn't like that they turned me away cause I didn't drink enough water but that red headed nurse up front I think her name was Amy was so helpful and cheerful she honestly made me wanna come back and try again
