I visited today after work and Jonathan was my 'sticker'. Im leaving this review because its evident he takes pride in what he does and makes it fun and comfortable for donors. He greeted me with a warm "welcome to the penthouse" 😁 and let me choose a chair. First off, he spent more time with the alcohol swab, which made me feel like he truly cared about 'de-germing' my filthy arm, lol. Brittany is very nice and helpful.
I donated today Brittany was the person to assist me. When she walked up she greeted me with the most goofiest and uplifting personality. She has great customer service skills and an amazing attitude not once did I see her not be polite even to others !
They never have enough staff working,they have 3 bays and never use them all so we wait in line for up to an hour before we actually donate!!! Yes, they are friendly but stand around talking to much instead of moving the line faster. Most of them are not even certified in phlebotomy.
From the first sign up you get $100, then $65 for 30 days. That is until they blow a vein in your arm and you lose the benefits. Pass
