great first time experience
waiting over 2 hours but watching employees stand around and talk is not acceptable...especially when you are a daily high volume plasma center. on numerous occasions have seen multiple people very unhappy and making comments about lazy employees
Great People working there.......... always makes for a pleasant experience !
Better manage the employees to the phlebotomist....no need for both lines to be a hour long then wait another 15 minutes for set up.
