The staff at CSL plasma are fast, courteous & friendly. The phlebotomy technicians are gentle & patient. I always enjoy my visit
also, the paycard is a complete rip off. unless you're using it for online stuff, pull the money out asap. they charge you 25 cents each transaction!
Take a book or something to do. Also dress for cold. It's freezing in there. first time took 3-4 hours. they are very slow
