Best place to come donate to save a life
Had me waiting over a hour just to put me in the computer!! Put everyone else in let them go donate but have me waiting till everyone gets back from lunch which is gonna be another hour. I’m not impressed at all.
I was a new donor, the pay was supposed to be $75 but only got $20.. waste of time
some days it goes well and some days it's great. depends if it's short staffed or who sets the machine up. I think personally sometimes my white blood cell count vs. red blood cell count isn't right to donate an they let me go through. it's my opinion but if it's true that's playing with someone's health
can they open on time....be considerate that customers have jobs to get to as well.....this is a unprofessional establishment
i got a lady that stuck me and dug around till she found vein (very painful) and when i was done and she took it out she allowed blood run all down my arm and get on my shirt and didnt even offer to help clean or replace my shirt. I never could get that blood stain cleaned out
the manager is very rude and a couple of staff members don't know what they're doing
The best staff! Beautiful and clean center!
