People the staff sucks big time!They're always messing up when they put the needle in your vein.You complain that it hurts and you can tell that it bothers them when they have to fix the needle.After they fix it they don't even apologise!There's one person in the crowd named Sergio and he fixes so many needles that he should work alone and get everyones pay.The staff doesn't smile with the donors or the managers.
