CSL has some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with!!!! I have donated for over a year at another plasma center and loved the experience and the people. I have heard some horrible stories about CSL but never really thought twice abou it. I have heard of people beinh deferred because they asked for a specific phlebotomist to stick them!!! WOW!!! I've been a donor for almost a year & my vein has never been butchered like it was on Tues(9/27/16).A new phlebotomist kept going in,out & side to side w/ the needle!After all the pain,she couldn't even finish.Chase had to finish for her.She left a bruise on my arm due to mistreatment of my vein. Now it's Saturday,the next day I'm scheduled to donate.They tell me I can't donate because of the bruise on my arm that they did!The nurse wasn't sympathetic at all & was even talking to me w/ attitude.I asked her for some kind of c... read more

My husband has trouble reading and understanding things. I was trying to help him and they told me I couldn't talk to him or help him and if he couldn't read he didn't need to be at the computer that is a disability and discrimination
Wow. What an awesome facility. The staff was great and made me feel welcome. I have donated multiple times and have never had any issues. The compensation was $50 for each of the first 5 visits. Definitely a win win situation.
The people who work at this location are extremely: rude,unfriendly, dishonest, and outright unprofessional. I was treated horribly during my visit to the facility. They acted like it was a bother to work with me.I honestly felt discriminated against because of my slight disability. I would love to donate my very healthy plasma (confirmed by my doctor), but have such a sour taste in my mouth.
