They are a joke. They wouldn't let me donate because I live in a hotel and my utilities are included in my rent and don't have a utility bill in my name that is crazy I live here on a permanent basis along with several military families are you going to say that the military families are not residents as well for the same reasons. They are not being fair to those of us that live in a hotel.
can you donate if you had tatoos in like a year its not recent but you have tattoo not alot only two can u give blood?
