I went here for a little over a year, machines are noisy, the urinal was always down and only ONE toilet for the men’s room. Half the time it was covered in piss. They kept sending my wife emails to get us to come back, so she did and after having to go over the videos, reading, nurse and finally getting plasma taken they tell me I only get $95. Shan was very nice made me feel comfortable fast service and always checking on everyone
Wait is too long. Waited over an hour in line just to continuously get new donors put in front of me to the point where I just walked out. It’s not worth $50 to wait and hour and a half plus the donation time while the company makes thousands off one donation.
This location has gangs and creeps standing around asking for “help” with their car, clearly this location is unsafe and I will not donate due to the high crime rate at this location…the last time I donated at this location two strangers with guns “hidden” but were obviously there needed my help, I had no choice…do not go to this location….the workers are VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST…THE MANAGING IS A FAILURE, THIS LOCATION SHOULD NOT EXIST
Lately service has been hit or miss..... sometimes you get ok service and sometimes you get real bad service.
