The new donor process was faster than I thought about 2 hrs and a half. Brittany was the best funny and professional. Will be coming back!
One of the phlebotomist lied to get me deferred the one named “stefon” and when I complained to the manager the staff deliberately let people skip me in line. I am now the last person of the day. When I been here over 1 hour! And mind you I did nothing wrong just pointed out his wrongs for deferring me with proof! And now the phlebotomist “stefon” is just cleaning the area to check peoples vitals ignoring that I’m even in line. This is by far the most childish establishment I’ve ever been too.
Thank you Ebony for the amazing customer service! You always make me feel at ease!! Also, Brittany always has a smile and positive attitude! Thank you guys for always caring for us with excellence!
