This place absolutely sucks yesterday I went in to donate and everyone basically called ME a lair about when I got a tattoo that THE STAFF MEMBERS HAVE SEEN BEFORE, and permanently banned me I don’t recommend they’re all childish and act like high schoolers and they also try and get you to change what you say smh, it’s not my fault these staff members can’t do their job and should’ve put it on my chart that I had a tattoo they also said my blood was trash bc of this tattoo which I feel is unprofessional there’s better ways t... read more
Worst Plasma place in Rockford..... nothing works from check in scanner to the plasma machines. BIOLIFE IS THE WAY TO GOO..... Machines still broke 7/8/25 Place sucks...ALSO SOME TECHS DONT CHANGE GLOVES THEY JUST USE HAND SANITIZER 🤢
It's been a full month and I decided to come in and boy I shouldn't have nothing has changed actually gotten worse it was like 16 beds last time now theres like 11 how do we have to wait longer and still get the same pay and these new machines are not so new just used machines from another facility now I understand why they keep breaking down just insane for million dollar company 🤦just insane

Nice workers and clean place...but the waiting part is the hardest of it all...the payment can be more... But other than the waiting and the money it is nice...
