Usually I have a pretty decent experience donating here. But I took a while long break from coming here. So now I come here for my "new donor" pay. Yesterday I went to donate around 2:40 ish it wasn't that busy. I understand that things have changed the have new prick your finger tools that are more stronger. Got there at 9:10am when it was only 3 people in line. I sat in line for an hour and eventually walked out, even though I was next in line to donate, because they took FOREVER to call my name. Literally taking their time to setup machines while laughing and playing. Showing each other things on their phones. Even after I left out they still didn’t call the next person for another 15 minutes. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE!!
Horrible place to donate. And theyre becoming worse. Management walks around with snobby attitudes. They have like 12 beds working all togther. They definitely dont have shit on Beloit CSL
This place absolutely sucks yesterday I went in to donate and everyone basically called ME a lair about when I got a tattoo that THE STAFF MEMBERS HAVE SEEN BEFORE, and permanently banned me I don’t recommend they’re all childish and act like high schoolers and they also try and get you to change what you say smh, it’s not my fault these staff members can’t do their job and should’ve put it on my chart that I had a tattoo they also said my blood was trash bc of this tattoo which I feel is unprofessional there’s better ways t... read more
