Impossible to reach someone on the phone to inquire about donation. Tried calling multiple times and it continuously rings until you eventually get a busy tone.
Have not increased donor fees in over 10 months (inflation?), did away with frequent donor rewards and will defer you for the most minor thing. Strongly suggest Grifols instead.
Was provoked by an older woman today and CSL Plasma did not care to review the cameras or hear out my situation that she was picking at me more than once and maybe because she was dressed more professional like than me very sad situation they told me i must leave because i was distraught and angry that this entitled woman would even take it so far and as i walked away they told her to take a seat… i’ll admit she really got under my skin but to be treated so poorly when i’ve came here for so long makes me think because she lo... read more
Is it that hard to answer yalls phones?
They documented everything without telling you while you're on a private call they listen and judge you. Easily offended for being told to do better mind you I'm a mother of 3 and they don't understand. Waiting in line for hours then the staff all laughed at me for being upset mind you I commented on one thing they sent me to medical.
