this is a great place...very nice and caring staff
staff is hit or miss. sometimes they work at a good pace, other times the lines dont move for over half an hour while there are rows of chairs setup.
love the enviorment and staff. but fail to let you know how their donation cycle works. I went for my 6th donation today and they are supposed to give you an additional $30 on top of your regular second donation of the week pay. well I didn't receive that because it was only considered my first donation of the week. when multiple staff members told me donation cycle is Sunday through Saturday. and they even told me that this was my sixth donation of the month.
