They don’t give a shit about your time. Why not just make appointments instead of walk in only? I’ve been to biolife and they do things way better like appointments. Also the second day I went they only had 2/5 people working. Huge line that took me almost 2 hours just to get my blood checked. They are super slow. This place really irks my nerves. I’m standing in the line for over an hour just to have to sit for another half hour. It’s crazy hire more people or something.
I went here to try to re-donate after some incident in 2017. The guy at the front desk was ok but the medical nurse lady needs to be re-trained. Someone like her shouldn't be working there, she should just quit. Rude behavior, with the attitude of an angry elderly. She was telling her coworkers to take longer breaks and to take their time. If she is the lead it makes sense why its falling apart. I shouldve read the reviews first, no wonder this place is a joke. Dont go here go to BIO LIFE PLASMA SERVICES.
Need to retrain the old broad in medical how to speak and treat people. Won't give her the respect in calling her a medical professional because in order for me to do that she needs to act like one.
the staff is so friendly and comforting, except for the old lady who works in medical. the first time, it was the end of the day so i thought she was being rude because she was in a bad mood or had a long day, not an excuse but i accepted it. except she had the same rude attitude the second time. extremely judgmental, talks to you like you’re an idiot, and overall one of the rudest people i’ve met in the medical field. constantly huffing and sighing and giving people attitude is a sign you need a new job.
