Would not recommend coming. Hours long wait every time. Staff is great but you stand for hours in line, every time
Last time I attempted to donate plasma was 10 years ago, a few months after my son was born, I went through the new donor process and then was told it was too soon after giving birth so I would not be able to donate. Fast forward 10 years, back out there giving this a try again this time at CSL in Gilbert AZ and they told me I don't have a profile and that I should have one in the system. This place sucks for the wait you have to endure employees walking around jabbing not cleaning the beds and setting stuff up beds are open and the line is all the way to the kiosk come on do better
7/18 @ 2pm. I called durning normal business hours and they didn’t pick up the phone. It rang about 15 times and I hung up.
