⚠️If I could give negative Stars I would. ⚠️ If you want to go to this place don't! ⚠️If you're under 139 lb you're only getting $25 for your first donation if you're recurring patient at the clinic by the end of your third donation you only reach up to $60! Absolutely awful. They refused to accept my legal I.D. because it was a paper one because I had just moved nor my old plastic i.d. because it didn't have the correct address....BECAUSE I JUST MOVED and then they tried to LIE to me(someone who has worked for the government) that paper ids. Aren't real i.d. and even tried to say it says so on the top when thats for federal stuff that I MYSELF am in charge of. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company atleast give believable lies.
The staff is seriously inexperienced in their sticking. 3 times in a row at this location and each time I had to wrap it up halfway because whoever sticks me messes up at the start either watches the machine like water boiling or walks away hoping it fixes itself. And when it's clearly not you can forget calling over staff because any shouting will scare them into just sending you away. The worst of it is when they don't get your vein right and it bleeds. If you have an appointment, still expect to wait up until 3 hours because they believe in double booking. Receptionist was not friendly either. I will be going to a different place for donation.
