You get here early and still have to wait 20 mins just to start the kiosk in the morning. Even if you’re here at 5:30 am. Wait times are crazy every day. You will definitely be here for 3+ hrs. And they don’t like to change their gloves between people. Pay attention.

Preface: Don’t offer me an automated apology CSL its just another sign of how little you all care about your donors. Yesterday was my last time EVER. Its Saturday so staff is actively rushing. Sign I should’ve left was when I got in line and I overheard horror stories of people getting stuck wrong and bursting veins. All the while it being a 3 hour wait because they refused to open a bay.
