Horrible customer service. I get off at 6 and they close at 7 so every time I donate the staff has an attitude even though they know the doors close at 7. As of recently they've began turning their machines off and turning donors around at 6:30p and constantly say it's because they don't have enough phlebotomists as a cover. People are trying to save lives, but not if it's not convienant for their lazy staff Update: Still horrible service. I came in TWICE as a return new donor BEFORE 1pm and was turned around. 0/10 STAFF RUDE AND ACT AS IF THE MONEY IS COMING FROM THEIR BANK ACCOUNT, WHOLE STAFF GOT TERRIBLE ATTITUDES! NEVER COMING BACK
You get there at 6 am an they don't let anyone in until 7 or sometimes 8 the wait time is insane
Would not recommend I would recommend finding a different CSL plasma or somewhere else to donate . My arm was bruised and swollen here.
