I got my blood drawn here by someone who was very inexperienced and it took over 10 days of my maximum rewards to heal from a bruise from missing a vein, now I'm without being able to receive the other half of my rewards, this place is a total joke I wouldn't waste my time going here. Plus they only use half of the room for blood donations so everything moves twice as slow.
They keep hanging up an when you get put on hold they don’t ever come back it’s crazy ash I really don’t like that at all very rude
Very low staffing and unnecessary long wait times for basic vitals check approximate 10 to 15 minutes and another 45 minutes to donate plasma due to low staffing and new machines and low knowledge of how they work
2+ hour wait to get to a bed with 40 people in line at any time and only 10 people actually donating. 5pm on a Tuesday and same everyday.
