Many of the staff are very kind and helpful but unfortunately many are untrained. Normally the visits and in a d out under an hour but today was there for over 1hr and 30 minutes between standing in line and being repeatedly sent back to medical even though he cleared me. This isn't even counting the donation
I'm pretty sure that more than half of the phlebotomists at this location genuinely have little-to-no clue what they're doing. You actually have to instruct some of these phlebotomist beforehand to insert the needle Slowly, otherwise they will just stab it into your arm, causing significant pain and bruising. TWO times within a span of just six weeks, I developed a diblitating hematoma as a result of their poor procedures and practices.
