Amazing, Experience. The Staff was Friendly and Knowledgeable. I Felt Welcomed and Appreciated.
Compared to every other CSL in the state this one deserves 0/5 stars. The staff there is poorly trained or doesn't care, I've had multiple times where they failed to do the setup correctly on the machine, forcing me to to through the entire to process again (kiosk questions, check in screening and everything), poorly placed needles causing excessive discomfort and pain, having to wait to be disconnected because the staff would rather sit there and talk about after work plans than pay attention to what's going on. This facilty/company made a bad move which affects the customers the the most. they switched out all the machines for different ones and only half work. two bays open now instead of 4. it takes hours just to get in a donation. forget it.
I normally visit this particular site because it's close for me. However today while I was there one of their employees was careless about how he was handling supplies, while he was setting up the guy next to me he sort of tossed his black hand device to his other hand. Missing it and it landed on the arm I was donating from. Inches from the needle entry. Very unprofessional even if this what he does all day, still should be mindful of those around him.
Repeated nerve damage to my arm! Twice by the same bald guy with in the year and more after I wrote a bad review! You guys know where the nerve is in the arm! come on and you keep hitting it and fishing for my vein..last time I’m ever coming here!
