Please keep in mind that this review is only for one visit. So, normally I like this place. The people are friendly. But the Friday before last, a ginger with a septum piercing stuck me and didn't hit the vein right. I kept setting off the machine. It said I wasn't pumping my fist enough. I showed them that I was absolutely pumping. Another woman came over and tried to adjust the needle, which was painful, but it didn't help. I’m so glad I got to see and experience this moment in a lifetime. I feel a connection between my inner self and can be certain that my eating and sleeping patterns will change to be a donor in the future. It’s a challenge to make the best you. Great team and really feel good about my decision to donate to CSL Plasma.
Oh my, this place is so mismanaged! An hour and a half and I'm still not close to being on the donor floor. Back home thr whole process was about an hour and a half. I left the first time I showed up here because they informed me it would be 45 min wait for vitals and another waiting in line for the floor. Do better CSL Plasma, you need your donors
