Yall should update the hours on here every time you got a staff meeting and close early I thought I’d have time after work today
Been going here since 2015 when they opened. They've gotten a lot more efficient in their operations. Fast donation time all days except Friday.
The vitals checkpoint needs to be addressed. Having to wait minimum an 1 hr to get checked is insane. There are 6 desks for it but they only ever keep 2 people working. That's embarrassing, get it together.
I been sent to medical for the nurses mistyping incorrect info and then it gets corrected by the nurse and I still have to be sent to medical because of the nurses mess up. Really need to train your people better at paying better attention or have them be able to correct the mistake and process the person still so that the donor is able to donate quicker and more efficiently. Until then, this place is a crapshoot.
