Staff confusion, photo retakes, rude MSA, bad needle sticks that cause bruising which causes deferrals which ensure you won’t get you “bonus” in time... Bad experience, don’t recommend
Every time this place runs a big bonus promotion I get close to getting it and they find a reason to not let me donate...EVERY TIME!!! It's ridiculous...

called at 7pm on thursday October 31st 2019 and the phones were already saying they were closed..even though it says 8pm..the amount of money promised at 1sy has reduced from 400 a month to 300 dollars a month yet they are getting MORE for the pints they sell..sad..very sad.
I don’t like being lied to.....you had no computer problems. Your facility closes at five I got there five minutes before five I should’ve been allowed to donate. You should not have lied to me with an excuse saying your computers are down when your parking lot is filled. It’s not my fault that you don’t know how to manage your team and not have the right amount of people there. This is not the first time!
Did not realize, nor do they make it clear, that you need to get 5 visits within 45 days to get paid what they advertise. I was on my 4th visit in probably 2 months and they reduced my rate to $25. I was expecting $40. They want you there 2 times a week. I have a life and a job. This was just some spare spending money. I'll be switching to Octapharma. They're only a few extra miles away and they won't screw with what they promise to pay you.
Great facility all around! Very clean and friendly staff!
