Worst Place Ever! Ladies, do NOT go in to a private screening room with Cornelio for your "Medical Interview". I called corporate to report this letch, and they did nothing. For CSL to continue to poorly manage things is a lawsuit waiting to happen. As a result of my complaint, I was permanently banned. This center is absolutely disgusting. An employee deliberately blocked my dad from turning out of the parking lot twice. He saw that my dad was turning right so he reved up his engine and went from the left lane to the right lane and sped up to get in front of my dad then completely stopped so my dad went to get in the left lane and the employee (whose too scared to give his name)got over in the left lane in front of my dad and then completely stopped in front of him again. Always a good experience over the years. Very professional courteous staff. Quick process new equipment is very efficient usually in and out in about 1 hour check in to finish.
Very understaffed resulting in long wait times because they are either unable or more likely unwilling to hire (and pay) more people, VERY rude manager, Cornelio, who is in dire need of being fired. (if he is there, do yourself a favor and come back another time) horrible communication with donors, and multiple phlebotomists who have such an attitude I feel nervous letting them anywhere near my veins with sharp objects.
