Went in and was disrespected by intake staff but everyone else was respectful
If you come to donate and Aaron and Sarahi are working it'll be an easy quick donation They are hands down this centers best workers, Patient and calm. Aaron works circles around his co workers and is always in a great mood. Sarahi always has a smile and great attitude. Her pokes are easy and she explains situations with ease .These 2 make donations easy.
Friendly competent staff
The issue is there is alway only one person doing the health screening and working the front desk. It takes a minimum of 45 minutes to go through the health screening. Then you have to wait in line to get back on the bed for at least another 45 minutes. Then you have to do your donation which takes about 40 minutes. So I'm minimum you're here for 2 hours if you're lucky. Usually two and a half to three hours. I don't understand why they don't have enough staff and equipment there's more than enough space.
HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!! WHY DO YOU HAVE 6 stations and ONE open then 5 ROWS of MACHINES BUT OPEN TWO AND STICK 5-6 STAFF ON IT!? if you got all day this is the perfect place to come if not, probably avoid! sometimes youll get lucky and get in and out in an hour or so but they prioritise first timers letting them skip the line fully giving them the best experience & letting the regulars sit for an hour+ just for the SCREENING!!! not fully on the staff as they do the best they can and are great but the time it takes and the money... read more
