Understaffed and under equipped to handle the influx of people with new prices. they have multiple rows of beds that dont have machines that could be used to serve more people so that it isnt 2+ hour process but dont have the machines. You would think with how much theyre making off our plasma they would make sure they have the equipment they need to do so.
Incredibly understaffed and they REFUSE to hire more people so corporate can save a buck, if you want a place where the wait times are actually manageable for someone with a life, go somewhere else until the management stops being so cheap. Incredibly long lines with only one person taking vitals, even a line of just 5 or so people can be a 45 minute wait just to get to the line to wait longer for a spot on a bed. Absurd.
Very professional staff
Not donating when I get a better situation as they would let ppl die rather than doing tests to confirm your can donate if you're homeless staying at a shelter or living in a car which those are ppl in need and not all cant and thats the hole point of the freaking tests to confirm if u can.
Would let ppl die because someone lives in a homeless shelter or a car traveling instead of doing tests confirming your safe and taking your donation
